Welcome to the Forum, Sheffield's largest and longest running independent cafe, restaurant and late bar. You can find us in the heart of the Devonshire Quarter, right next to the Barcelona style Devonshire Green. New Healthy Menu


The Forum's brand new Fasting Menu has been designed with the help of professional bodybuilders Jon Clark & Rachael Hayes. Jon is the IFPA World Champion 2011 & a DFAC competitor whilst Rachael is the DFAC Pro World Champion & Miss Universe 2012. Both are also BNBF judges.

These meals have a low calorie count & are intended to be eaten on fasting days for those on the 5:2 diet, but they’re great for anybody looking for a tasty, healthy meal, no matter what your regime may be!
