We don’t take same-day bookings for outdoor tables or reservations for groups smaller than 12. For smaller groups, our terrace seating is available on a first-come, first-served basis. We recommend arriving early to grab a sunny spot – and thank you for your understanding!
Forum welcomes children under 18 until 8pm and we have a dedicated kids’ menu that is available during food service hours. We respectfully ask that children are supervised by an adult at all times.
Yes, we welcome well-behaved dogs! Please ensure they are kept on a lead and under control at all times.
Yes, we cater for birthdays, hen dos, stags, summer celebrations and Christmas parties.
Our party packages reduce the stress of planning and are inclusive of area hire.

Forum can accommodate seated groups of up to 80 guests, or up to 150 standing.
We do our best to cater for a range of dietary requirements. If you have an allergy or intolerance, please speak to a member of the team before ordering. Full menu and allergen information is available here. Food is prepared in an environment where allergens are present. We also offer gluten-free, alcohol-free, and low-alcohol beers.
Yes. Forum is wheelchair accessible via the main entrance and the toilets are located next to the main bar.
We do not have any on-site parking. There are plenty nearby streets to park on. Please visit Sheffield City Council’s website for more information.
